Shops to roll fenders in MD, PA or VA

Like the title says, I am looking to have my rear fenders rolled for installation of BFG 295 35 18's on my Saleen Replica rims. I had the BFG 315 dr's and they got slits in the sidewalls from the fenders. i know there is a tool at the tire rack but I am looking to bring it to a shop.

Sorry....don't know any shops....but do you think the 295's will really need the fenders rolled?

A. i dont think you'll need to roll the fenders

wooden baseball bat

support the rear of the car so that you can place a jack under the rear pumpkin and adjust the hieght of the rear tires. put the bat in there, get it tight and then rotate the wheel turning the bat as you go along and just repeat this getting tighter each pass
