Should I put on Edelbrock intake or wait??

I have a 92 Gt with a Powerdyne BD11A on it. I recently bought an Edelbrock Performer intake with ported lower at a swap meet. I plan on buying a Thumper heads and cam package in the next few months. Is it worth the trouble of putting on the intake now or should I wait till I get the heads and cam and do it all at once? Will I see much of a gain without having an aftermarket cam for now?

I say wait, why do the work twice? Any time you open up the intake side of a blown motor, you will see a gain. Good luck

Yep, I would wait too. If it's just a few months, it's not worth the trouble of doing it twice.

wait for tha heads and cam... then you will REALLY feel it
