I am so friggin tired of working at mcdonalds, and my freind got me a job at some boxing warehouse for between 8.50 and 9.50 and hour working tuesdays and thursdays, and i can possibly get monday wednesday and friday after my classes for a few hours. right now i only work 24 hours at mcd and i make 7$. it kills me, i cant take it there any more, so i think its worth making a few bucks less on every check then to stress my self at mcdonalds. plus i wouldnt be giving them notice im just gonna go in and quit today....... what do ya think?

Walk out and dont look back. Eff 2 weeks notice. Its Mcdonalds its expected. And as far as it giving you a bad rap i never put jobs i walked out of on a new Job application especially some bS non professional job. Just stop going.

No need at ALL to give notice especially for a dead end job like mcdonalds (no offense). If you found something more up your alley, do NOT wait, go for it right away. Don't let the opportunity pass you by.

If you want to give 2 weeks notice then go ahead. I wouldn't be too worried about it if you didn't though.

My wife took a $4 an hour paycut a few years ago because she hated her job and found something that she liked more. She is finally back to the same pay level as she was before and even though it took a few years she is much happier which is more important than a few bucks.

Give a 1 or 2 day notice just so that no one is stuck w/o help tomorrow ;)

Unless they yell at you and treat you like crap, then take the vat of grease around back and tip it over with a truck. :)

Eh well i went in and handed them my clothes, i felt really really bad about it. They tried to make me feel guilty by saying things like " i am so disapointed, id never expect this from a crew trainer" " after all we did for you" but really all they did for me was shedule me hours no one else would take, and "forget" the days i asked off. also getting abused by the fat manager.......

Thats so funny. I would of pissed on the clothes then let them dry cause you know they arent washing the stuff first

This one time, Burger King got my order wrong and the drive thru lady was mean to me when I first ordered, so the whole way back to return the burger (6-7 minutes) I kept the reciept in a special place and handed it to the lady at drive thru that had been rude to me. I washed my hands afterward and she didn't. :)
