i want pictures of how you guys cold air intake mounts to the fenderwell, etc...............i have a mac cai........i believe i am missing some grommets etc. to make it mount and fit up perfect.......

mine's a homeade and just hangs there, i did add a rubber piece around it (like a mudflap) and just drilled it to the fender

where thr rubber grommetts go on the body panels that attach the intake to the body or whatever is what i was curious about..........


if anyone has those grommetts i need that doesn't use them.....let me know i may want to purchase them.....

mine doesnt fit right eiter, you gotta just fab somthing up. im going to try a few things ill post when im done. mine sticks out its not really flush with the fender, doesnt hold on really its basically just sitting there.

it can't be a tight fit anyways, right, because that whole thing moves a little bit with the engine... that's why my loose mudflap works ok, even though it's pretty ghetto

well...........i found some rubber isolators..............maybe i can make something work with that...........i'll post up what i come up with .........
