my car is still at the tuners, so im not sure what the exact #'s are, but i will let you guys know tomarrow. from what i heard, im not too impressed.

so far he said he got 11 peak rwhp out of them. now im not sure what the gains are in other areas of the rpm range, hopefully high. not sure of the rwtq gain yet either, he is not done tuning it.

tuner is having some problems with the car running lean from 2000-3000 rpm's
he said he played with the fuel curve and some other things but said its still a bit lean. up top its fine:shrug: he said hes got a ton of fuel going to it too, not sure what he means by this. he also said that if he can get the bottem richened up ill pick up some more tq.

guys any ideas what might be causing this? also what is a good a/f range, what is too lean?

as far as A/F ratio goes, the perfect ratio is called Stochiometric (sp?) and is 14.7:1 (atmospheric pressure). however, ive always heard the ideal A/F ratio on performance cars should be ~ 13:1:shrug: i dunno why

I would do stage 2.. but if I do those I have to change out a lot more stuff, and I would also want new heads. Plus I have to be careful about how much power I do end up making in the end because I don't want to break anything :( and I'll still be on stock internals when I get the mongoose kit

no update, i will have to wait for the car till monday. the car is still running lean in that area. they dont really know why. they mentioned the maf, but i think the stocker is good for alot more power right?

i really dont know what can cause this, im still trying to figure it out. things were fine before, but with the addition of the headers it is leaning out.

i always thought l/t made you run more rich then anything.

what do you guys think. i was told the injectors would be fine, but do you think it could have somthing to do with them?

tuner says he loads it up with fuel and it just goes back to lean???
