smog pump?

well i am running an off road pipe...i assume i have no use for my smog pump, how can i remove it? i think it is attached to a pulley, what else do i have to do? and what other wieght mods can i do?

Its gonna be a bit different then mine but remove all the air hoses coming off of the pump. Then the vacuum lines, I plugged them up with some screws. Then there should be two bolts holding it on, and a little bracket that attaches with the same bolt holding the timing pointer. To plug up what is left open I used some heater hose, shoved a lug nut into it and put a bolt through that, then used a hose clamp to hold it in place. Its going to stay like that until I come up with a better idea. I suppose you could tap the air tube and put a bolt in it or just weld it shut. That should be it.
