SN95 Heads on 89' 5.0?

Hey all, was just wondering if SN95 5.0 heads would work on my 89' stock 5.0? Are there any modifications that need to be done, or are they a direct bolt on? Thanks.

i am using 95 cobra heads on 91 5.0.
it's a same thing

Any gains of swapping to those heads? Or are they exactly the same?

The SN95 GT heads were the E7's, exactly like the ones on your GT. The SN95 Cobra heads offer an improvement somewhere inbetween Trickflows or AFRs and stock.
