As for the warranty, my dealer is "friendly" I would of course retune back to stock, replace stock intake, and add the cat back, before heading to the dealer.

When I took it in for the first free service, the service writer told me to retune back to stock next time, prior to bringing the truck in. That was before the aFe intake...

well guess what happened I found one hated to let the bronco but the dealer gave me 7k for the bronco and my 2002 F-250 only has 23k on the clock but the only draw back no powerstroke 5.4 triton and I'll give someone a dollar if they can figure out what comes next....
