Solution found for '04 owners with mach 460 stereo?

Yeah I'm dying to get rid of this stock system!

Eh, Mach 460 isn't bad for a STOCK system. I mean stock, anyone how cares enough to replace the head unit and speakers with aftermarket pieces will know the difference in the sound, and would call the Mach 460 junk, i somewhat agree. The Mach system is good enough to get me by until i buy all the components i want to install and do it all at once, the Mach is better than the standard stereo package IMO.

Anyone notice it isn't called the mach 460 in their '04, mine just says Mach Sound System.

ive done this on my 92, but not really thinking about it on my 03.

I really don't like my mach system.I like the cd6, but the speakers are crap.I haven't had one car with the mach that the doorspeakers haven't blown like 10 times. I replaced my factory ones with alpines,but still nothing spectacular.
