By far my favorite fox on here. One day I can get some nice 18inch saleens when I go 5 lug. It still weirds me out that we had such similar ideas with the outside of our cars. As for the motion shots that were mentioned earlier. How do you take them? I've been wanting to take some of my car and I'm not sure if you have to set up your camera somehow. I have a Canon Powershot A550. If anyone knows I'd appreciate the help. Here's a pic of what I mean.

Its weird...I dont own this car or one that could even hold a candle to the sheer amazingness of this car, but somehow I feel proud that I have had the opportunity to see it in person and even casually meet the owner. It looks awesome in pics but you have to see it in person to really notice the attention to detail and the quality of the work that has been put into it. Its truly a work of art.

As for the pissing match that ensued earlier, DMAN hit it right on the head. My own take on such thing is that its one thing to offer constructive criticism or even voice what you may or may not think about something, but to ask "WTF" or say something is stupid or useless...that is just plain rude.

Well put.

Bottom line though, you put your stuff on the forums for all to see and this stuff will happen. Everybody has something to say and wants to put there 2 cents in.

I have looked over this car with my own 2 eyes several times, its virtually flawless and pictures do not do the car justice. The fact that Aliate X would do it different is what makes this community an interesting place to hangout. As an owner of a fox you have to respect the ammount of time he has into making it is what it is today.....not to mention the fact that he's one hell of a guy and wouldn't think of talking anything bad about your car.

Pfft - I can't believe this is even up to debate. Scott could pretty much all but put a banner across his windshield that says "****HEAD" and it'd still be one of the best Fox bodies to be found anywhere.

You think that might look good Dave?? Oh, by the way, Jeff and I have a little surprise for you. If Jeff is kind enough, and of course he is, he will have a "little" something that might interest you.

Now I have you thinking huh??

Flava....Jeff is in for sure for the Brockville show. The Toronto Mustang club is also coming down and staying about 2 mins from Jody's parents. So that weekend is shaping up to be a blast.

By the way guys, thanks for all the compliments. It is nice to hear.

I don't think so buddy. We saw it on a car yesterday at the show as said to each other, why didn't any of us think about that??? It is a very simple and small part, but will make a certain part look much much cleaner.

I have to talk to Jeff about when he will have the time. But I do not think it will be a big deal for him to do. He had a little mishap yesterday. Nothing major, just a bit of a mess to clean up. I will let him explain to you what happened. Not to worry, the car is fine, just a little dirty.

I will ask him for you too D-Man!!! Although, I am not sure it will fit on your car. I'll have to look at some pictures of your motor again.

Patience boys, patience.

Haha...I love the way you work, Scotty.
I may be getting around to this today. I'll see what my afternoon holds in store. I'll definitely keep all three of you posted. Scott and I noticed it on another guys ride and thought....."Now, why in the hell didn't any of us think of that?" LOL.

About my 'bucket' (LOL), I seemed to have lost a lower portion of my thermostat housing gasket on the way to a show on Sunday. Go figure...Just my luck and timing. It seems the car runs like never before. Then, when the time comes when I actually require it to run nicely, it does this. After a gruelling detail session (under the hood) on Sunday night and a bit yesterday, it's starting to look a bit better. What a gut wrenching feeling popping the hood after a 'show detail' to see coolant in places I didn't even think existed. LOL. It's back to normal now, though. Well...almost. It will be. And yes, I believe I'm in for the Brockville show, Dave. It will be nice to finally meet up with a Stangnet face.

I hope so!

I know how it feels to have that happen, I had a coolant spray from elsewhere once on the way to a show. Stupid worm clamp came loose and slipped off the hose somehow, just enough to let the coolant heat up and spray out the end of it all over the accessories.

It's a nasty feeling 'popping' the hood, knowing exactly what you're going to see. LOL.

Like I said, it seems like I've cleaned all angles. Still need to polish and detail a few. But the remnants of coolant have been cleaned away.
