Someone that knows a lot about reading dyno graphs...check these out plz

What do you think of these?

The first one is STD and the second is SAE. These graphs are of someone's 1994 Cobra that has the same heads, cam, and exhaust as I do. Well I don't have the heads on yet but you get the idea. I suppose my graph should look similar after the heads are installed, but he is running the stock Cobra intake and I have a Performer, if that matters much. He does not have a chip, and the car is untuned AFAIK. He is running a stock 94 Cobra computer...so don't pay too much attention to the A/F ratio.

Basically I want to know if the XE270HR cam he is using is making good power with the heads, or if there is a lot of improvement to be seen by going with a custom camshaft. I haven't seen enough dyno sheets to make an informed decision...

Nice numbers - the cam seems to work very well with that combo.

leave the cam. make sure its tuned unlike his.

all the xecomp cams I have seen that have any size run badass. and have put down better numbers than most custom cams I have seen.

Yeah I've been extremely pleased with my cam! I could have gone bigger, but I was scared of drivability. I'm getting .544 lift with the 1.7's and it's awesome as can be on the street. That power curve above looked really nice so I wanted to see what you guys thought.

I was talking to someone on another forum that ran a Crower 15511 against one of Ed's cams. He said Ed's cam made 10hp/10tq more under the curve, but fell off sooner @ 5200 rpm. He said the Crower kept pulling until 5500 but made 10/10 less under the curve. My first thought was "For $325, I could make up that 10hp elsewhere..."
