I'm planning on moving to Evansville, IN and I was wondering how bad the winters get there. I live in Moorhead, MN so it has got to be much better.

I also would like your opinions on the city itself. Hows the job market and are there things to do their other than terrorize the public with our cars. I am really sick of the -30 temperatures for 3 months at a time. We have been lucky so far, Were stuck at about 10 degrees at the moment.

It wont be nearly as bad. theres definately some snow down that way though, but its not too bad. we get more here in indpls and its bearable most of the time, except for a few days where you arent going anywhere. but much better temps than what youre talking about. I dont really know too much about their job market. Why E-ville over Indianapolis? I would imagine theres more job avail. here (indy). Depends on what youre looking for though I guess. If you dont mind me asking, what are you looking to do?

for stuff to do youre not too far from st. louis. which ithink is a cool place, and u cant beat major league baseball. and also not far from here, colts, pacers, for sports, shopping (for your lady), brickyard, indy 500. gambling boats are close to you too. little bit of everything

i live a little over a hour from evansville and go there evey chance i get. last weekend of june they have the thunder on the ohio hydro boat racing that is cool, not far from st.louis and i always see a bunch of stangs when i go there.
