Speed bleeders and brake fade

Changed my brakes this week end and i used those speed bleeders. I think I have all the air out infact i am pretty sure. But the thing is my brakes don't work at all the brake but I have to put the peddel to the floor and it still doesn't stop it will gradualy rool to a stop and i get out and the brakes are smokin!! HELP

You prob have fluid leaking on your rotors, check the bleed screws and see if they are tight. Did you start with the pass rear wheel first, then the driver rear, pass front, and last the driver front?
