Spend my money!

If it absolutly won't fit no if ands or buts then the rpm would be the next logical step over the performer. If your still working with just 1200 though I'm going to stick to my guns and say go with gears first. You will be very surprised at what lower gears will do to your cars attitude. I'm just saying this from experiance as I wanted the same as you and bought a big cam with nothing else. It helped but not much. I then installed a set of 4.11s and talk about a kick in the pants! When I got the airgap and new heads....well all I can say is there is nothing on the streets of frankfort that scares me and thats with out the bottle :nice:

Don't get me wrong there is always somebody faster and there is nothing you can do about it other than make yours as best you can.

Depends on how you drive. If you have a c4 a 26 inch tire and 3.25s you will be around 2730 rpms at 65 mph So if you don't do a lot of freeway driving then that would be good. 3.50s put you around 2900 at 65. I get spoiled with my t-5 and its 0.63 overdrive ratio. I can go 65 with my 4.11s and cruise at about 2175 or so.

Also turn on your AIM :-)
