I'm going to be changing my springs soon. Anyone know anyone with the fox body 4 banger springs in the front and fox v8 springs(cut) in the rear. I've heard this is the best set up and should lower the car 1.5 front and 1.0 rear, and has awsome weight transfer. They will be going on with my set of tokico illuminas, I just dont know how it rides. Most people say it rides liek stock in the turns and that but when you take off hard the front end likes to raise up.
Also what are the spring rates on the fox and 4 banger springs? Could i just cut my stock ones in the rear instead of fox springs?

Well I just did this about 2 weeks ago and got right at or just under an 1 inch drop. Left on the top isolator only. Doesn't feel much different than stock but there is more movement up front under acceleration and more break dive for sure. We'll see how it performs at the track in October.

nice what mods do you have that you ran a 13.0

Well I did it w 4.10's at the time. Haven't tried out the new arse yet. Stock suspension at the time too. Launching hard on the DR's until I snapped an axle..
Hopefully I can catch a 12 next time out. I think the guages probably knock off a tenth at least! :-)

I have 4cyl in front with no lower isolator. And V8 springs in rear with 1/4 coil cut off. Weight transfer is much better than stock and I love the lowered stance. Handles the same as stock, ride is the same as stock. I couldn't be happier with them! Only negative is more nose dive when braking...here is a pic from the day I put them on...they have since settled lower...I'll get another pic tonight.
