Dont think I'll be ready to venture that far by tomorrow. I still have not ridden it on the road yet ( tomorrow I am ). There repaving part of the road that connects to Route 85 and its all tore up dirt, bumpy, and uneven so I dont think Im going to head out on the main roads until they get that repaved. Then again if I get the hang of it real quick then it might not matter. I'll prob try and bring it by on sunday but I'll still need to get a ride w/ you down to FFW b/c I cant go out of state on my permit.

Trust me when I say eventually you will run into paving projects, messed up roads, sand in the road on a curve, and going over bridges with metal gratings. All those things suck on a bike. As prepared as you think you are, you will run into these suprises and could loose control very easily. A few years ago here in Saco a guy hit a frost heave on his bike and lost control, he is dead.
Have a nice day!

I know that Brian . Im just saying that Ive had the bike 2 days and I have the option to avoid it until I am comfortable on the bike and once I am then it wont be an issue.

That guy must have been riding pretty early in the yr to hit a frost heave. or just was not fimilar w/ where he was and was just going to fast to be thrown off the bike.

well went for the first ride today. Only went 17 miles and just here around my house so I could get the feel for the bike, shifiting it and taking off at stop signs. I live in a pretty rural area so its not a to bad of an area to pratice, also one good corner so I got to see how the bike felt leaning into a corner. Prob could have taken it at 70 but I was only going 35-40..lol

First impression is that this bike is awesome. Its so responsive its like you dont even have to lean or turn it just does it on its own if you even think about it. You feel so much more free and not strapped inside of a car. I only got it up to about 60 MPH and a 6,000 RPMS but I can just tell this thing is so fast and requires alot of respect. The break in period is 600 miles and not going over 6,000 RPMS, seems kinda weird b/c my car tached out at 6,000 and this one redlines at 15,000 :D
