Stage 2 Comp Cam Mustang GT 2002

I'm a car guy but don't know much tech talk without getting lost quickly. Does anyone know what's the best cam with a Pro-Charger, long tube, 355 gear set up? I'm confused as I've read you should get a tune after the cams, but isn't a tune just to read how much power you make? How does a tune make your car run better?

Nice! I'm going to post a before and after vid. Just waiting on one last part adj cam gear!

2002 GT:
Stage 2 Comp Cams 268's, Valve springs, Pro-Charger D1sc, X-Pipe, Typhoon intake manifold, electric water pump, 135amp alternator, summit coil pack, long tube, 355 gear set up, Borla catback. I'm expecting 450hp to the wheels or better, I have 430 to the wheels now.
