STEEDA- Better products than service?

I hope that their products are better than their service.

My girlfriend ordered me a $200.00 gift certificate that was supposed to go to her office.

Instead, they mailed a $100.00 gift certificate to our house blowing the surprise factor.

Then when they mailed the other $100.00 cert, they did'nt sign it.

But the mind blower was this morning when I called them to order: I have to mail the certificates to Steeda and wait for them to call me! Call me? What a freekin joke!

We got a gift cert from Lands End (they make clothes) and we ordered some stuff on line and some by phone. Each order was shipped and on our door in three days.

I'm not impressed.

My experience with Steeda has always been great. Over the last two years I've ordered many products from them, including their G-trac stage I & II suspension, spoiler, exhaust, and other misc items. They have always treated me right so I went their 03 Cobra exhaust even with its higher cost compared to other competitors.
