Stenciling the Heat Exchanger

i just used blank stencil stock when i did my SVT , I would take the SALEEN text to a vinyl/sign shop and see what they can do, Very unique lettering would be eye catching to me

I did a similiar project all myself. I wanted a BIG Ford Racing logo on my garage wall...so I painted it myself. I found a the image I wanted to duplicate on Google, then created a grid on the picture using 1" square 'blocks'. Then I made the same grid on the garage wall, but this time using, I think, 4" squares. Then I just duplicated what each block contained with a pencil and then painted it. I ended up using some tape to get some sharper lines around the "Racing" letters, but otherwise it was all freehand.
You could do the same on a smaller scale onto a piece of poster board, masking paper, or probably your best bet would be to use Frisket paper. They sell it in hobby and/or craft stores for airbrushing. Essentially, it's very much like clear contact paper. For what it's worth, you could also just use some plain white contact paper and would likely have great success with that - and it'd be cheap!

Here's a quick pic...yeah, I'm showing off my 'artistic abilities' - LOL. It was a fun project. If I had it to do over again, I would have made it even bigger. I admit it's definately not perfect, but it's a good addition to the plain wall in the garage.
