exactly!
weed doesnt not make someone a better driver, even if it's 4hrs later and i do not feel anything, i drive very cautious to not take any chances. That's what I meant.

You did the right thing. It's not worth it and a waste of gas. Take it to the track.

Stop smoking pot. It you get caught with that you won't have a stang either. In addition, you will waste your money on weed when you could put that money towards mods for the stang.

Read that back to yourself. Were you high when you typed this? Honestly?

Now think about it...if you can't even TYPE, how are you going to trust yourself to DRIVE?
C'mon. For being the "mature" one, you, certainly, in this case, are being ignorant.

The kid is from Canada, and, judging by the way it's worded, probably from somewhere that is predominantely French Canadian. I have never personally met a Canadian that I liked, however, I think a few of the Canadians on here are pretty cool. I give the kid all the props in the world for being "apart" of the American culture by making a decent attempt at speaking our language.

I see you're in Pittsburgh. Not too far from you is Slow5.0. He types in the same broken form that resembles the post you quoted. I'd be willing to bet that you wouldn't EVER make fun of him to his face. If you want to know what I mean by that, ask someone for a picture of him....

To me, pot was cool when I was between 8th and 11th grade. It's something I think most people try, and just grow out of. If you haven't tried it, you're probably too uptight. :)

And, I have a hard time believing that all you wouldn't ever go out to a bar and drive yourself home.

I'm not defending the kid. I think there is a bit of hypocrisy in this thread...

Joe

Dude said he wasnt stoned anymore but dazed from being tired or something along those lines. If that was the case you should have crashed at a friends house , driving while being tired is almost as unsafe as driving while intoxicated . So in a nut shell you were stoned legally, and driving when exausted. only thing positive u did was not race. ... Only a true dope head could come up with i drive better stoned..sure buddy :nice:

C'mon. For being the "mature" one, you, certainly, in this case, are being ignorant.

How do you define ignorant?

I'm trying to help this kid out by giving him a little harsh reality based off of my own life experience. Fact is, if you keep driving around stoned, even "if it was only a little pinner and it was four hours later!", you're going to end up in trouble.

If that fits your defintion of ignorant, than I plead guilty.

The kid is from Canada, and, judging by the way it's worded, probably from somewhere that is predominantely French Canadian.

I he is from Quebec. Irregardless, my post was to prove a point; I bet he was stoned when he typed that. Figure it out for yourself.

I have never personally met a Canadian that I liked

And I'm the ignorant one? LMAO

however, I think a few of the Canadians on here are pretty cool. I give the kid all the props in the world for being "apart" of the American culture by making a decent attempt at speaking our language.

Uh...he's from Canada, not China. Canada is a bilingual nation where both English and French are spoken. Furthermore, "our" language is not "American" nor is it specific to American culture. English is the most widely spoken language in the world.

ROFL

You've got to be kidding me. Please don't get your internet friends to beat me up!

Furthermore, you don't know me from Adam.

And, I have a hard time believing that all you wouldn't ever go out to a bar and drive yourself home.

I'm not defending the kid. I think there is a bit of hypocrisy in this thread...

Again, you don't know anything about me besides what I've posted on this board. I don't drive drunk. You can only make assumptions about me in regards to anything I haven't posted here.

Annnyway....I'm Canadian too. Joe95GT, that's hilarious....I hope you like me and Caldwell dude, we're harmless and put too much time into our cars...

Canada's not all bilingual, swartskopf, mainly quebec, manitoba, and new brunswick...the rest of the country is very multicultural...

I do believe that your comment about him "being stoned when you typed that", was overly rude.

You = teh lose.

Umm I would say yeah thats a good thing that you pretty much went about your business and didn't race him, I just got a ticket for that chit and i wish i would have excercised more self control with that crap. Question is, do you excercise that type of control ALL the time? Don't be all proud of yourself if you just did it once but you race everybody every other time your challenged. It's a good start though. Now as for the marijuana thing..Dude I dont know where you get your justification for driving around under the influence of drugs VS. street racing, but once you get behind the wheel under the influence of a drug or alcohol, your senses and reaction time become impaired which slows your ability to react or make split second decisions when necessary, in turn endangering the lives of everybody on the road which isn't cool. Thank god you didn't race that guy while you were stoned, you may have avoided something horrible.
