Just wondering which subframes are the best fit for the spintech side exhaust? I currently have the square tube type that was purchased from NPD (not yet installed), and I don't believe they will allow enough clearance. What about global west? Any thoughts or opinions / pictures are appeciated. Thanks

I have the GW bars welded under my vert, there are ZERO issues with exhaust clearances since they basically follow the line of the sub-frames. When I bought them GW was the only company that made them for verts, and they ARE different from hardtops so YMMV. Thought I'd post these pictures of the underside, so you can see how they fit.

You can just see the front of the bar on the right hand side.

The rear of the bar is within about 0.75 of the cal-trac mount, but tons of room on the exhaust side. I should probably mention that these bars will NOT work with Shelby-style trac bars though.

any sub frame connector will cause ground clearance issues with side exhaust. It seems like I recall somebody making a set of sfc's that had a notch made into them so the exhaust could tuck up a little higher, but I don't remember who.

I run the bolt-in competition engineering set, but they are welded instead of bolted. I had the exhaust running out of the side temporarily, with the pipes tucked up as high as possible, about an 1/8" away from hitting the sfc's, and only had about 3" of ground clearance, my car is lowered 1" from stock. They would drag on speedbumps and driveways, was not a driveable setup.
