I put a 7 inch cutting wheel
on my 4 inch grinder, took a prybar and pushes the leaf to one side in its pocket, and cut the bolt out. In my opinion this was an area i didnt want to expose to alot of heat by using a cutting torch.
Good tip for ya here, just cut one side of the bolt out, leave the other side attached, and just use the leafspring itself as a prybar to break the other end of the bolt, saves alot of time.
