Suggestions of what temp thermostat to run

I am looking at getting the Summit Aluminum rad. and I have been wondering what temp thermo to run. I have an elect. fan (flex-a-lite) and a 195deg. t-stat currently and will soon have the Aluminum rad. with the electric fan. It can get 110deg here and the car in stop and go traffic gets a little warm now, so just wondering what everyone else is using or would suggest.

180 or 190. 160 too cold- car will run too rich.
