Summit/Jegs sport seats? a few Q's?

anyone have them? are they good quality? how does the grey match the inerior of say, a 91 notch? how do they sit in the car, high? low? any comments will be very apreciated.

I've sat in them, they suck. I'd rather have the stock seats.

You get what you pay for.


Want some nice seats? Corbeaus are nie and inexpensive, but personally I would go with Sparco or Recaro if you want nice seats.

Agreed. I've not sat in the summit or jegs seats but have sat in a few other "budget" sport seats. They suck. I would scrape up the extra cash to get some good recaros or corbeaus. They'll run about $300 - $400 per seat for something nice. Otherwise go to the junkyard and find some nice comfy seats you like and make them work. You can even use ford explorer seats. . I'm saving up for corbeau sport seats or GTSII's myself. Probably go with the sport seat as i don't really care for the race seat look in a daily driver. Alot of later model VW's had some nice seats. Jetta's and such. I've heard that they fit in with little modding required.

I know a guy who had the APC seats, pure hard race seats are more comfortable. I've sat in those 3A Racing seats, not bad.

I have Jegs seats and I like them (not in the car yet, having problems mouting the passenger side seat to the track). I got a GREAT deal on them.... I use them as a thinkin chair when I'm workin on the car and get stuck. haha.
