Supercharger and CAI question

I have read through aseveral supercharger FAQs and ran a search here, but I can't find the answer to my question. I have an 06 gt with a demolet CAI.

IS there a supercharger made that wouldn't require my taking off the CAI? It seems there are some superchargers that don't require moving the stock air box, but that isn't the same as being able to keep the CAI. I don't think. Maybej keeping CAI is impossible due to how SCs work or something, I don't know. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply. I figured that Saleen and Rouch might work since they are made in production with ford so maybe the stock air box would stay in place, I just didnt know even if that were the case CAI would still work.
