How much hp will a vortech s-trim, or a paxton novi be capable of making on a built engine.....the kennebell 2.6 looks awsome but its so expensive and there is so much work to do to get it to fit work etc on a 99-04 car....just wonding what kinf of numbers vortech and paxton cars are seeing....

The highest S-trim that i can remember was 626rwhp, tim at MPH tuned it. there are several 700+rwhp novi's & a handful of upwards of 800. jim travers comes to mind making awesome power with his Novi. if i remember his sig right he ran a 9.05 @ 152 on drag radials

it all depends on how wild you want to go with it

The Novi 2000 make more power than the Vortechs. If I could do it all over agin I think I would have got a Novi. Not that theres anything wrong with my Vortech its just that the Novi has the potential to make more power.

my Novi 2k is HUGE compared to any other blower out there. i would recomend it to anyone who wants a big blower with a small price tag. it is only $400 more than the s trim, so why not get the better one?

My KB was no big deal, each S/C has issues to overcome, I think that you'll find most of these guys are centrifugal fans. the KB kit was very detailed. The problem I did have was dealing witht he jackasses at KB, I guess they let the $6/hr guy answer the phone. Anyway, try www.jmschip.com they are good people to work with. My recomendation is to buy a "tuner kit" this would give you the big parts and then let a local tuner supply the injectors and program.
