supercharger question??

So my buddy has a 03' Lightning and wants to put a new charger, MAS, and injectors on it. Is it possible to use some of the parts he's taking off on are cars? How hard would it be? and what kinda cost? He's basically gonna give it to me for free. I am clueless when it comes to chargers and have no idea what kinda gains i would get from it and all that i would need to make it even work. Any tips would be great!

I think someone In the 5.0 forum put a supercharger from a 03 cobra on there car. try a search.

The supercharger would be the hardest part. Lots of custom fab to do. The injectors will swap right in and the MAF with swap in with the correct adapter for the electrical plug. I think its like a $20 part.
