Does anyone know what the difference is because I'm sick and tired of waiting for the predator. I'm thinking of getting the superchips. As long as I can correct my speedo for tires and gears, bump timing, etc., I'm good so...Someone with the superchips one and a 4r70w give input please.

I used the 1725.It worked fine,I got 3.73's,raised the rev limit also changed thermosat to 160.Speedo seems to be ok after install. The superchips program seems like it added a little more power too.. 2001 gt convertible Mods-3.73's,bbk 70mm tb,bbk cold air intake, steeda tri-ax,kenny brown subs, niitto drags..best et 14.03 99mph

does it do all the same stuff and how much does it cost?

I spoke with Steeda yesterday regarding their adaptive flash tune and was told that they can not do the adaptive tune for the auto trans. The idea behind the adaptive tune reflash is that it will adjust to any new mods that are done to the car after the reflash. The computer will actually learn how to deal with you new mods and make more power. Steeda said that the adaptive program can't support the automatic transmissions....something to do with the shift points, I guess. He did say that they get questions all the time about it and anything is possible, but as of now Steeda has no official plans of offering an adaptive tune for the automatic Mustangs.
Of course you could always get a regular reflash or a chip to adjust your speedo, shift points, timing, etc. it just won't be adaptive.
