Suspension help!!

Would I be better off using matched springs and shocks/struts
(like an eibach kit) or mixing and matching like
using H&R springs and Tokico 5 ways?

What to you guys run?
Would you suggest something different?

I need some help here.
I have a 99GT, and put on about 5K miles a year.
I would go to the track a couple times a year
at best.

any suggestions would be appreciated.
