SVO-87 quarter window switch

ok, i know that with older four-eyed foxes it is a common practice to swap the small quarter window with the louvers to the later-model all glass windows. Has anyone ever seen this reversed? i have an 87 GT with pretty messed up quarter windows, i like the SVO side window scoops and was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to swap em onto my 87
