T-45 to T-56 transmission swap

I've got a 2000 GT with a beat-up t-45 transmission. I am doing the 6-speed swap, and I purchased a T-56 with a cross-member and plan on having my aluminum driveshaft shortened 1". My questions are:
1. Will my current 10.5" clutch work with the T-56? I have a Spec Stage 3 clutch and don't want to change it, but in my research, it looks like the 01-up GT's and 03-04 Cobra's all use an 11" clutch.
2. Is the throwout bearing size different between the T-45 and the T-56?
3. Will the T-45 clutch fork work with the T-56?

Thanks for any answers on this. I spent the last hour searching the forums looking for answers to my questions but I couldn't find anything.

everything you listed will work on a stock cobra T56. it is an easy swap, shouldnt take more than 2-3 hours
