Tale of Two Ford Dealerships

I had a passenger air bag light which stayed on all the time (2008 GT). I took it to the dealer I purchased it from and they checked it, pulled some codes and stated I needed an entire new instrument cluster. Of course, they did not have it in stock, and said it would be at least a week or ten days to get it. I was supposed to check with them later.
I was at a different Ford dealer this morning looking at a Shelby GT 500, and by chance walked into the Service dept and asked if they could check out my air-bag light problem. They checked it out and said it needed just the module that controls air bags notifications. Long story short....they fixed it under warranty in about 30 minutes.
I am happy again..........
