I should clarify that it is still up on jack stands and has not been started in a few weeks lol.
Drive around to the corner grocery store and you are almost on empty to the point of being stranded...
"AF Flight control, this is Tanner91GT, flight of 1; is there a KC135 tanker in my area?"
NopeYour not gonna sell it are you?
Only goal this week was to get the dash out.And you have come this far. Take break, go fishing, work on something non car related.
Test drive a mini van, you'll get your mojo back.
Oh stop it Tanner, you've come too far this time.Might as well shut this thread down, I'm never going to let this car be done

It's your mission from God now....![]()
Will maintain all the power window, mirror, lights, etc. He's at the final test for patience..he's wiring the car.
My wiring phase was 40 hours IIRC..but I believe that our hero here is wiring a much less involved "race car" harness. Nonetheless still a potential pain in the ass.

If you say this at the right time it might happen! You have come a long way with this thing, and we have been along for the ride. Perhaps it's time to pass this project along to another stangnet member. Just PM me your address and pickup time and I will come take it off your hands.

Oh it's always been some sort of "circuit board",...there are way too many specialized parts that can't be bought as ala'carte items that are integrated already. Like that 9 pin plug that is standing in the middle.![]()
Can anyone tell what the base for my circuit board started life out as?
The answer was cutting board. It was a cutting board.Oh it's always been some sort of "circuit board",...there are way too many specialized parts that can't be bought as ala'carte items that are integrated already. Like that 9 pin plug that is standing in the middle.
But now that I look at it....
It appears that the red terminal is supplying power to the fuse block,...and one little wire (like what?....maybe 14 ga.?) is supplying the entire fuse block...
I'm saying that isn't adequate.
You have 5 relays...so,......FP, WP, Fan(s) Headlights,Starter?... It looks like you are "fusing" the 12v supply side of the relays..
Again,...I'm saying that isn't adequate.
I'm no J richker, but I think that you need a 10ga. at minimum feeding your power distribution. Your 12v supply side of the relays need to be direct from 12v, (maybe each one comes from one of those screw terminals on the main red lug?), and each circuit needs to be fused between the load and the supply (doesn't look like the "87 pin" is wired yet)..where are those wires?
