Holy crap Matt you're moving quickly on this one! The car looks beautiful but I'd expect no less from you by now. I can't wait to see this thing all buttoned up!!
So that is 1500 on a DA? I bet that takes a fraction of the time to get the peel out. The problem with wet sanding by hand is it takes so much time. And time is money when I'm doing it for a customer.
That Trizac is good stuff. I hit my vette with 1500 and 2000 grit Norton discs on a DA w/ hard pad, then switched to a foam pad and 3000 grit Trizac. Came up really nice!
Sometimes it can be a bad situation when you wet sand threw to the primer. Nice thread, got any new pics of the 96-98 Cobra motor stuffed in that fox, what are you using for exhaust besides the factory exhaust manifolds? I saw a couple pretty cool 03-04 Termy Engines stuffed into some nice fox bodies, the nicest was an 1986 Capri with a whipple.
