After 2 weeks, I got it running today. Has 2 new ARP rocker studs and a new rebuild rear-end 
I was afraid to check compression to discover that I had a fu** up in the head or something. We took it today and all 8 pistons are at about 150 so I guess its good. I wanted to go to the track tomorrow but the stupid thing is closed for the weekend...Dammit.

Wish I had a Detroit Locker in there 
with aftermarket axels but I dont have any cash for that right now.
