I posted pictures of my '00 Saleen Cobra Speedster earlier in this thread but didn't have any photos of the '05. So, here is the '05 and the '99 again.

I'm sure someone is going to point this out so I'll jsut answer the question ahead of time. My car came with the blue chervons that I didn't like to much, so I order some black chevrons and the '99-'04 letters to put on the door and kinda' put the chevrons in the wrong order because I was sooo anxious to get them onamnit: Anyhow, I ordered some more and shold have it corrected in a week or so.

No, Saleen would never share it, but I got lucky when a local body shop was able to make make a match for some touch-up work. (Stone chips and to repaint a damaged door insert.)

To actually paint bodywork, they told me it takes a three part process to create the pearl effect. I don't know if I have all the code information on the paint steps, but I'll check thru my files.

Also try contacting Mark at Performance Autosports, he may have some paint info.

Hey Josh,

Honestly, I really like your car. The wife gets to drive the Cobra around, but woldn't mind if she made a trade for something reasonable. I really miss a supercharged car as does she. How many miles do you have on the car? We have 12,000 on the Cobra.....

Billy it has i think 23k or 24k i really like my car but i got in a hurry when i got it when what i wanted was a cobra speedster white i would realy like it to be s/c but i do not know. what type of power does it have. and does it have the six speed or 5 speed, break option and seat option.

The power hits moderately, but pulls forever and that's how it overtakes other cars. The redline begins at 7000 rpm. With a tune and cams that could be bumped-up another 1000 rpm. It has a five speed tranny and doesn't have the brake or seat options.

I've seen pictures of your car somewhere on this forum but can't seem to find them. Can you forward???

I believe the car (all stock) has either 320 HP or 330 HP. If I had to bet on it, I'd say 320 HP. My friend has the same stock car with a Vortech S-Trim blower and no intercooler and put down 500 RWHP last week. The Vortech was my goal but the wife won't allow itamnit:

1/4: 13.8 sec @ 102 MPH

Yup. The car is 100% original.

I got the pics and forwarded them to my wife to see what she thinks. Her initial response was that she likes the black....

yeah the pait sparkels real well in the sun it has like a gold flake in it. i was told by the dealer it was stealth black but i think they are wrong and it is just matalic black.
