I am about to light fire under my new 347 and wanted your expert opinions on whether high 11's would be possible with a set of slicks and say a 1.75-1.85 60ft time? Check out my sig and tell me what you think. Oh and assuming I get it wideband tuned with a chip. Thanks everyone for all your help so far.

Oh Hell yes.
depending on the nut behind the wheel, low to mid 11's
Add some type of power adder and you'll have one heck of a neck snapper.

High 11s are possible.. I think it would make more hp with a diff intake and long tube headers.. dunno the specs on your cam.. is the cam made for the 347 or a 302? Ive gone 12.20s with a stock shortblock , edelbrock stage 2 heads, performer intake ported ( non RPM ) bennet racing did the port work and my cam selection... also had long tube headers... I figure your setup should make more power and put you into the 11s.

definatley can go 11s with some good sticky tires.
you should have the power to easily run that and probably have some room to spare. I dont know the specs of your cam, but as long as its half decent, those heads will make enough power to put you in good times. I think that intake is fine---its modeled after the RPM, so it cant be bad.

Well the cam has 563 lift and 228@.050 duration. I was kinda caught in between with the injectors and as money kept going towards other things I decided to stick with some 24's I already had and a 77mm pro-m cal for 24. I will probably pump up the pressure and see how it goes.

With a set of slicks, and more balls than brains, I think it would be possible. Simply forget about the stock axles, and go for some 1.6X 60'. Thats what I did. My notch has 100% stock suspension.

Besides that, just do some street testing to figure out your shift points, and you'll be good to go!

10's are possible, that would be my goal for a fox with a 347. My dads 302 runs 11.70's so i dont see why adding a stroker and a few other little bolt ons wouldnt put it in the 10's w/o a power adder

my car has ran a best of 12.09 at 112.88 with a 306...your car with a proper suspension set-up, good driver, and traction will be in the mid 11s with ease
