krash, two questions:

1.)Where did you find those marquee commands?

2.) Have you had the opportunity to try this stuff out on those stuffy MOds over at F150onlie???

Some other CNC programmers were playing with them on the Mastercam forum that I frequent.

As far as F-150 online, I haven't been over there in a long time as I found the server was painfully slow. I see they have sped it up a bit, but the truck is still something I use for it's intended purpose and find boring to discuss unless I have a problem to fix. Their forums are very topic specific so it is easy to find an answer without having to post. How has your truck been treating you? Mine just turned past 251,000 km with barely a hiccup.

I have to agree with you; although I don't usually find much that's specific to my use of my truck, which is to haul horse trailers (these factory cammer motors sure suffer in the torque department) and do it at sane animal hauling speeds. The low RPM torque would also be more useful when I grab that 4x4 knob..... Most of the towing guys want to maintain 75-80 while pulling their boats -comparable weight but not comparable speed ranges!
The few responses I've gotten usually range around "Why didn't you get a diesel???" I guess I'm just old (but still younger than Cheapie and the BBFCM).... I still remember when you could build an F100 to pull/haul heavy loads at reasonable RPM's. GAWD, I miss FE blocks and C6 trannies!
Otherwise, I'm really liking "Larry"; it's well made - with the proviso about the 5.4's torque (or lack thereof) and I know for a fact the 4.6 is worse (I drive a 4.6 F150 for work). The 97-03 "bubble style" instrument panel sometimes grates on my nerves, but its layout is pretty intuitive for me. The original owner drove it 2-3 times/monthly over to San Diego; so yeah, there's 80,000 miles on the clock (10,000 of which are mine) but they're mostly highway miles Hasn't spit a plug out yet; but I'm gonna buy a Time-sert set pretty soon, just to be safe Overall, I'm liking it.

I here you loud and clear about the torque. Mine is the 4.6, but it is a long box supercab 4X4 which makes it incredibly easy to overload. So, unless you are driving retard-speed while hauling it feels like there is a huge bungee cord holding it. As far as your dashboard, I predict that the lights in it will go out one by one untill you have to flick the dome light on occasionally to check your fuel and speed. I haven't changed mine yet because of the time involved to dissassemble the dash.
