In your sister. If none, your mom
well I just filed my bottle yesterday. I'm now pretty ready to test the system. I will gap the plugs, retard timing, etc. But I dont have my AFPR on yet..I just checked my fuel pressure, it's at 37psi, vacuum off (29psi vacuum on). Is it safe to spray like a 75 to 125shot or should I wait to install my AFPR and raise to pressure to 40psi or so ?

Somehow, I'm thinking the fuel pressure is low. How much should I be running N/A with AFR heads, Performer, FTI cam, etc. ?

Thanks

29psi with vacuum on at idle is low. Might have a leak or a bad gauge or a bad fpr? With vacuum on, I have around 33psi I believe. I have an fti cam as well. Does your FP drop under load? If all is well with your FP, do the 100 shot and be done with it.

I say you will be fine with a 75 shot the way it is. Your system should not spray if the fp is not sufficient. You are using colder plugs right?

The system will spray if it has at least 35psi. But I dont want to make it run at the boarder of the fuel pressure safety switch. Yes I'm using Autolite 24's, which I'll be gapping at 0.035 or so.

With my N/A coimbo, what do you think I should be running for fuel pressure ?

I dont have a leak for sure, the gauge is brand spankin new and the stock FPR might be bad...I dont know. What does 33psi vacuum on, equals when you measure with no vacuum ?

What fuel pressure should I be running N/A ?
