I know this is the 8 millionth procharger question, but I went through threads for hours and couldn't find anything I needed. I came across a 95 GT (automatic) and a P600B Procharger system. Before I touch anything, is there anything I need to do before I install the system? The engine is 100% stock. I know I need a better flowing exhaust. I'm thinking 2 1/2" with Borla mufflers, H or X Pipe, and of course headers. Is this enough exhaust? Does anyone know how the Borla's work on a 5.0? My main concern is the stock engine parts, I know if I put aftermarket heads and intakes, everything will flow better, but just to install the supercharger with 6lbs. of boost, do I need to change anything first like with the fuel system or does everything I need to change come with the kit? Another thing I saw was to change the TB. What size? I may change the heads, cam, and intakes later on, but for now, its just gears and exhaust. You guys seem to know your stuff on here and I'm sure a few people have done the 94-95 GT Procharger system. I am only familiar with the 289 from my fastback, so I'm new to messing with FI engines. Any help would be great, or if you know of any old threads I can look at.
Thanks, Joey

A kit should come with everything you need to bolt on and go. They pay engineers to figure that stuff out, but as you probably already know, when you stray away from the the stock parameters, the more you'll have to compensate in other departments...ie swap blower pulleys, might wanna think about getting more fuel in there as well. For what its worth, I use a Kenne Bell, made 8psi out of the box, came with everything I needed to bolt on and go...swapped pullies to 10 psi, and still haven't had a problem (drive it everyday), this is with the stock pump and injectors adn KB FMU. I'm looking at some new heads and cam type stuff now, and plannning on the fuel upgrades as well. I'd get a 75 tb, do it one time and be done.
Good Luck
