I had my rear end rebuild and gear ratio changed to 3:55 and now my speedometer is totally off. What can i do to correct this? Appreciate you guys help.

You can correct it with a different speedo gear or with a chip/tweecer.

What year is your car? I think after the 96 year they stopped using the speedo gears and rely on the EEC for speedo / gear calibration. If thats the case you can get a "SpeedCal" instead of a new chip.

give all ford performance a call 360-993-1740. If you need the actual part call blue oval performance 360-993-1745.

goto steeda, they sell speedo gears there. Infact I've bought one. 14.95 shipped I think. Not too bad to fix that speedo.

Is it easy install turbo92PGT? Is it just unbolt and boltin job?

Call Steeda, ford motorsports did not have the gear i needed for 3:55 gears and turned me onto steeda. they got me a gear for 12 bucks, i installed it in 5 minutes, and it worked great. Ask for frank, very good guy, very helpful. The call to ford in long distance, and they cant help you with 3;55s.
