Anybody running a big tire up front like a 245/45/17?

Also, you talk about getting their tie rod ends... I'm already running a bump steer kit..

I was running the same size tire with a quick ratio flaming river it came with when i got the car. Put it this way the stearing wheel was worn right to the core from turning. It was hard so i switched back to power. but just like the other guy said if you dont drive it alot its not to bad. I just wanted easy stearing b/c my car is soooo damn Squarely, i like bieng able to correct quickly. just my .02.

I've got the full FR kit on mine, I absolutely love it. I am running 275/40/17's
in the front and it is great until less than about 10 mph. Then it is definitely two hands on the wheel. I only drive it about once every two weeks so not an issue, wouldn't want it as a daily driver with big tires.

I am wondering if your running skinnies up front on a lightened car, would it be best with a quick ratio or standard? I'm probally going to go with the standard since sudden quick turns might not be a good idea on my setup.

I would agree. Wouldn't want to be at the big end of the strip with a fast ratio steering setup.
