1991 5.0 Automatic stang. i would like to know what size of throttle body i should get? i was looking at a 70mm or 75mm. i have bigger MAF, bigger cam 0-60mph is about 7.2 sec but do Quarter in about 14.4 102mph it pulls after 2500-will go up to 6500, 1.6 rockers, 3.55 gears, shift kit, intake spacer, complete msd ignition, 12 degree timing, long tube headers with 2-1/2" exhaust system and other non-engine mods.

its not technically a drag car more of a road race car but just need more low end power too.

what stall should i get to improve my acceleration?

i need to know what size and brand?

thanks
Nick

A 65mm will do nicely get a 70mm if you are gonna do heads or other big mods down the road. A 75mm from what I have seen in here are primarily being used on power adder cars.

73mm C&L mass air meter!

73mm C&L mass air meter as well to compliment the 65mm TB... and your mods.

65 is all you need right now. A 70 wouldn't hurt if you are planning heads/cam/intake upgrades down the road.

75 is much bigger than you need and will require port matching to line up with the intake opening. It will also be harder to get the air hose on and off.

go with the 70mm and a edge 3000 stall converter.
the converter was the best mod made without a doubt.

I would get a 65mm. By the time you need a 70 or 75 you will need to get bigger injectors so you will need a new one anyway.

Yep technically right now a 65mm is all you need even with h/c/i (that is what I have) and with that AOD your going to want the throttle response...
