I am doing a head and intake swap and everything was going smoothly, until I tried to remove the old throttle body studs off the stock intake to put on the new intake. The damn things won't come off, even the old EGR spacer is stuck on there. I let them soak in WD-40 over night and nothing, what's the deal? Do I need some kind of plastic explosive? The upper intake is off the car so I am sure there are no more bolts that need to be taken out. How did you guys do it? I am thinking of just going to Home Depot and buying some new studs? I am using a Typhoon intake and new 70mm throttle body and EGR spacer how long should the studs be. I’m not home so can’t measure. Thanks for any help.
