Anybody know the correct size throttle cable for a 87 foxbody.mine seems stretched and is not allowing the throttle body plate to open all the way.i have a trickflow intake and 70 mm throttle body if that makes any difference. thanks in advance.
Never seen a factory cable stretch where the TB wouldn't open all the way. Are looking to stay factory or you can get a Lokar cable which you assemble yourself, braided stainless steel.
Check to make sure it isnt binding due to the routing...
Ya i checked for binding and its not.the pedal works smoothly, its when i put it to the floor the butterfly is open like 3/4 of the way. yes i was looking for a stock cable. thanks for the reply.
