just found this stuff, i think its funny/great/wow/no way/they actually built that?
its so cool, read the whole thing.

check out the top speed, is that 180? maybe...... i guess it is all about the power, this is the wildest saleen this side of the S7

Can't read the text. The picture is not clear enough. Why don't you post the link for where you found the information. That thing looks like it has a T-Bird front end on it...

The car is no longer owned by Tim Allen. The new owner did have "Casper" at last years Saleen Show.

The car is powered by a 576hp Vortech SC 5.0 liter.

The car does have T-Bird headlights.

sorry but i didnt find that info all together on one site, i found the second page and fiddled with the link till i got the rest, notice after article2 there is a letter? i just changed that to get the rest, sorry. cant you do that thing were you make it bigger? with the thing in the lower right hand corner? sorry if this wasnt any help
and Mike, i must say that is a very impressive set of saleen's! :worship:

The car was auctioned off I believe back in '97 for the sum of 75K...it was also raced on the Tonight show againest Jay's 427 cobra..but Tim missed 2nd and that was all she wrote..other wise, Mr. Leno would have had his azz handed too him

wow, do you think you or some one else could find a clip of that online? i just tried but my searche skills are pretty bad. that would be cool to see. do you know who bought it?

Dont know who bought it. As for the clip, I have it on video tape, but have not seen it anywhere on the web. It's pretty cool, but you can tell Tim was not an experienced driver from a "dig"...although the car sounds bad azz!
