I own a '00 GT 'Vert.
It has 63k miles on it.
It has the original plugs and wires, and it is begining to show. (No pick up, backfires sometimes, etc...)

My question is this:
When I take it in to for a tune up, other than the plugs and wires, what else do you recommend replacing at this time?
I change the oil every 3k miles.
My 'Stang is all stock, no mods have been added.

Suggestions? Advice?

Thanks!

If all 99-04's have the same ignition system, then I know for a fact that you have coil-on-plugs instead of plug wires. So change just the plugs and you'll be fine.

I would also change these things if they haven't been changed in the last 30k or so.:
transmission fluid/differential fluid
fuel filter
air filter
coolant

Thanks! Anything else you can think of to replace?
