Non undercut is fine...

How deep are the scratches? Looks like a like fuel wash to me.

Down in the cylinder it's not bad at all. Can't feel it with my nail. But at the top it's pretty deep

nah not very happy about that... good news is a buddy of mine has a high compression 306 for sale. just need to sweet talk the wife. or detail a load of cars.

was 10.5:1 with 64CC heads on it

She's staying till she blows... Hell it trapped 107 missing gears like this can't be to bad


Going gloss black on the block silver on the pan heads will be black also

that has taken a LOT more work then expected! but it will be painted by this weekend. not sure if im going to put an oil level sender back in it or just plug it.

Not sure why silver engine paint always looks like it runs... But always drys fine

timing cover is cleaned up and painted...

will be bringing it to work when i get back from georgia and having the mating surfaces for the water pump cleaned up. might have them milled about .001" just to knock the paint off and make sure its clean

thanks rick... hopefully i got some time to bring my heads up to you soon. gotta bring a buddies trickflows also to be machined for stud mounts

Next project is modding stock control arms and cleaning the steering rack
