Timing and fuel pressure for 347

I want to know what are the best timing and fuel pressure for my setup before to go on the dyno, my setup is:

347 CHP Street fighter stroker kit
Compression ratio: 10.4:1
AFR185 61cc combuction chamber
Comp cam XE-274HR cam
1.6:1 roller rocker
75mm MAF
70mm TB
30lbs injector
Performer RPM II intake
MSD ignition box and distributor
1 5/8 shorties equal lenght
5 speed manual
all others bolt-on


Does anybody have the same setup? Because I'd like to know how much HP it pushed to the wheels.

I imagine you will want to set the them at stock settings and gradually change them while dyno tuning to see what will give you the best performance. 10 degrees BTDC and 39 psi.
