timing and fuel pressure for a 88 turbo coupe???

what should my timing, and fuel pressure be set at if im running around 18lb of boost.

93 mustang with rebuild 88 turbo coupe with IHI turbo, roller cam, header and intake ect

Timing: 10-18 degrees of timing.
Fuel: stock is 40 with the hose off, if you have stock 30 pounders, bump it up a couple of pounds to like 45, if you have the 35's prolly, 40 or so. this can be determined better if you have a a/f meter.

I wouldn't go past 14 on timing honestly...I keep mine around 12 just to be safe.
